Ben Brown, a.ka. Your Neighborhood Guy is the quintessential New Yorker—straightforward and driven. He was born in Brooklyn and raised just outside the city in Hastings-on-Hudson. Ben launched his real estate career in 2007 and quickly made his mark, earning Rookie of the Year in his first year.

Over the past 15 years, Ben has closed more than $100 million in sales across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
